space is curved so i had to work on mine..

been trying to get rid of my winter weight. finally, work out pays off! *smile*

 

like many girls, im always conscious about my appearance. especially now with my blog posts, i get in touch with my little flaws even more closely and frequently. i accept that i’m not perfect but i refuse not to improve myself. i’d rather turn my imperfections into motivations. i noticed i had a bit of winter weight situation and finally decided to work out for the first time in my life…. you probably know this already if you followed me on instagram. my workout routine is extremely simple – i start with fast walk for an hour, followed by a peaceful yoga class. occasionally i will try to join other classes my gym offers. luckily for my parents’ high metabolism genes, i’ve been getting more fit just by these two simple steps.

 

 

其實我一直很介意自己的外表,老是覺得自己哪裡不夠好,這裡不夠完美。現在加上部落格的進行,讓我更常看到自己不足的地方。我接受我並不完美,但我不能接受自己不進步。我發現我這冬天過太好有點肉肉的了,決定將缺點化成我的動力,讓我終於開始了生平第一次的運動。。。你如果有跟我的IG你大概早就知道嚕。其實我運動的項目真的很簡單,我開始時會快走一個小時,之後做一個半小時的(平和式的)瑜伽結束。跟有時候我會嘗試一些健身房提供的課程。好在我爸媽的好基因,我天生新陳代謝率高,只是這樣簡單的兩個步驟讓我越來越緊實囉。
